The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, had a lot of options. Location: the hotel was short walk to mainlz on duty and restaurant and a taxi from airport. It was good to be 2 miles away from Home Burger, serving short-orders.

We had an excellent stay that met needs well, will be back. The hotel was in the central setting on the suburb of Remera. The food at the poolside restaurant was fine.

Ideal reasonably spacious hotel with a great pool and views of mountain. Luxurious room, immaculately clean with good bathrooms. Down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Not very friendly staff!

I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was exceptional. The staff, especially Leoncie and the gentleman at reception, went above and beyond to assist me. The room was spectacular with plenty of space and even a functional computer. The water pressure in the shower was superb and the water was always hot. The location was a few minutes from the main airport, which was a bonus. The breakfast was fair and the free airport shuttle was convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel near the airport. The location was perfect, as it saved us from the hassle of the city center traffic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From printing and laundry services to arranging taxis, they were always ready to assist us. The room service was impeccable, and the employees were incredibly professional and friendly. We were particularly impressed by the warm and helpful staff, such as Emmanuel, Megan, Fabilola, Joel. The gym was well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they had golf sets available for guests to borrow. we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

In terms of cons, we have absolutely no complaints. This place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The proximity to the airport was a huge advantage, as it only took us a few minutes to get there. The staff, especially Leoncie and the gentleman at reception, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The receptionist even provided us with his mobile phone to call RwandaAir and change our flight, allowing us to catch a last-minute flight that evening. The room itself was spectacular, with plenty of space and a functional computer. The hot water and water pressure in the bathroom were also superb.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service runs 24/7. Additionally, you can enjoy watching traditional dance performances on Wednesdays at the poolside restaurant.

There were unpleasant smells in one of the towels that affected my stay.
